Get to know Donielle

Donielle “Tesha” attended Central Piedmont Community College and received her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing in 2012.  Donielle continued to get her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNC Charlotte in 2013.  Shortly after, Donielle received her Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration from South University in 2017 and later Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Rocky Mountain University School of Health Professionals in 2021.  Donielle is working towards her board certification for psychiatric nurse practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  Prior to completing her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner courses, Donielle began and completed her Health and Life coaching certificate with the Health Coach Institute July 2020. Donielle has experienced working with a multitude of patients as a nurse for nine years in different modalities.  It was the adolescent behavioral health department and school nursing where she found her passion. Donielle’s love for mental health and teenagers led her down this path of coaching/consulting to aide her clients to achieving and maintaining their mental health and clarity. Donielle’s goal as a mental health professional is to ensure appropriate treatment that aligns with the patient’s concerns and goals.  It is Donielle’s belief that a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and vulnerable environment is the foundation of her practice, which leads to establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship for long term success.

Donielle is the owner/provider of BRLVANT Life consulting practice.  The focus is to provide a platform for the teenage, young adult and older to implement their life’s choices while finding their purpose.
